The commission on realisation of chemical and petrochemical production for export informs on carrying on November  06.09.2010 auction on the Uniform trading platform of concern "Belneftekhim" on sale for export of production of Open Society "Polymir". The seller - "CJSC Belarusian Oil Company". The beginning of the auctions 11.00 local time. 

Heavy pyrolysis resin in the amount of 17,883 tons (± 10% in the Seller’s option)

Shipment from 05.08.2010 till 20.09.2010 within terms agreed with the Buyer.
The delivery markets include all countries except Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.  Owner of  petrochemical product  CJSC Belarusian Oil Company. Time of the Contract conclusion with the Buyer 2 (two) working days from the date of the bidding. Terms of payment - 100% advance payment within 3 (three) banking days from the date of invoicing. The price and contract payment currency  is Euro.

The Tender Commission on export sale of petroleum and chemical products hereby informs about holding an auction at the United Trading Site of the Concern Belneftekhim on 06.09.2010 on export sales of the production produced by JSC Mineral Wax Plant. Start at 11:00 a.m. local time.

Basis of delivery FCA Rudensk:

JSC "Naftan", the plant "Polymir", Novopolotsk city, Vitebsk region sales Low density polyethylene  (further LDPE or the product) at  the auction.   The form of the bidding - auction with increase of price.
Date, time and place of conduction:   the start of the auction is 15.09.2010 at the E- Trade System of the Belarusian State  Concern of Oil and Chemistry. E-auction will be held for export sale of the products belonging to JSC "Naftan", the plant "Polymir".
E-bidding is organized by: Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian Petroleum Trading House".

Quality parameters: Technical characteristics LDPE: GOST16337-77;   LDPE 15803-020 -with deviations (PTR from 1,19 to 1,94 disorder to 27,5 %, inclusive to 4, yellow granules to 1 %, presence of a yellow or grey shade).

 Delivery term:  Within 17 calendar days from the date of signing the report of the tenders.
Way of provision of obligations. The auction will be held without deposit.
Information about conditions of sale for the product. Form of payment: payment for the product by the winner of the auction shall be effected as down payment on the basis of drawn invoices.  In the price not includes palletizing. Currency of the auctions - EURO for all countries, except the Russian Federation. Roubles of the Russian Federation - only for the market of the Russian Federation.

Preferred delivery conditions (basis): FCA Novopolotsk, allowed DAF (border of Belarus)
The term granted to the winner of the auction for conclusion of the contract for supply of the product shall be not later than 2 working days from the date of signing of the protocol of the auction.
The procedure of participation in the auction.
In case if the auction has not taken place it will be held at another date about which the participants will be informed additionally. In case if minimal announced price is not confirmed the E-auction for LDPE sale will be held within following working days .The price determined as the result of the auction will be valid until the complete fulfillment of shipment obligations.
