The accounting record is inactive. To be activated the Participant should execute following action:
1. to present to the UE “Belarusian Oil Trade House" (mail address: Dzerzhinskogo pr-t, 73, Minsk, 220116, Belarus) the documents confirming its legal status and legal capacity (properly drawn up extract from the trade register of the country of registration or other equivalent documents confirming the legal status and capacity, recognized as those by legislation of the country of registration), constituent documents, and also the documents confirming powers of the physical person, having the right on behalf of the applicant to sign the report on results of the tenders and the future contract on delivery of the tires;
2. to conclude with UE “Belarusian Oil Trade House" the agreement on participation in tenders;
3. to transfer deposit of standard size to the account of the UE “Belarusian Oil Trade House"
After been activated and prior to the beginning of the tenders, it is necessary to submit the initial offers (application) indicated the quantity of the tires planned to purchase and the price that the participant is ready to offer for tires selling on the tenders. The starting price on tires is announced directly before sublot advancing. The participant who offers the best price is recognized to be the winner of the tender.
The participant’s application form for participation in the tender means that he has been acquainted with the procedure of tender, and hereby agrees to the conditions and terms of tender.
The Tender Commission on export sale of petroleum and chemical products has the right to refuse from the tender before opening of sublot in a case of receiving a recall of order from the seller. In case of recognition of the Participant to be the winner of the tender on one or several lots, and his refusal or other evasion from conclusion of the contracts on due dates, and also at evasion of the Participant from execution of his obligations under one of the concluded contracts, the Participant shall lose the brought in deposit.
UE "Belarusian oil trade house" does not bear responsibility before the applicant in the case of blocking or holding the deposit in dictation of the authorized state bodies of the Republic of Belarus.

    Please be informed that the United Tender Commission is holding the tenders on export sales of liquefied gas of PBA, SPBT and BT grades, with the use of the electronic tender system. The further information about the dates of the tenders will be allowed additionally.

Please be informed that starting from March 01, 2006 the dispatch of following petroleum products will be carried out through the boundary passage of Bigosovo/Indra:
- full rang of petroleum products from the station Barbarov (OJSC "Mozyr Oil Refinery") to consumers in Estonia and in ports of Estonia,
- dark petroleum products to consumers in Latvia and in ports of Latvia.
The dispatch of light petroleum products from the station Barbarov (OJSC "Mozyr Oil Refinery") in direction of pots of Latvia will be carried out only through the boundary passage Benyakone-Stasilos-Meytene/Yonishkis. (Lithuanian RW).
