Date, time and place of conduction:   the start of the auction is on April, 15  at 11.00 at the E- Trade System of the Belarusian State  Concern of Oil and Chemistry. E-auction will be held for export sale of the products belonging to JSC "Naftan", the plant "Polymir".

Way of provision of obligations. The auction will be held without deposit.
Information about conditions of sale for the product. Form of payment: payment for the product by the winner of the auction shall be effected as down payment on the basis of drawn invoices. Currency of the contract: EURO. In the price not includes palletizing.
Preferred delivery conditions (basis): FCA Novopolotsk, allowed DAF (border of Belarus)
The term granted to the winner of the auction for conclusion of the contract for supply of the product shall be not later than 2 working days from the date of signing of the protocol of the auction.
The procedure of participation in the auction.
The currency of the auction shall be EURO.
In case if the auction has not taken place it will be held at another date about which the participants will be informed additionally. In case if minimal announced price is not confirmed the E-auction for LDPE sale will be held within following working days .The price determined as the result of the auction will be valid until the complete fulfillment of shipment obligations. The price of product packed in polypropylene laminated 50 kg bags is 8 $ more, the price of product packed in containers MKP, 500 kg “big bag”, is 11 $ more.
The product is delivered on terms DAF frontier of the Republic of Belarus. They add (surcharge) to the price of delivery on terms FCA station “Zentrolit” the freight charge to the following border stations:

Dear buyers!

Since December, 20th, 2007, sale of petrochemical production on the Uniform trading platform will be made by the enterprises of system of concern only in currency of payment of Euro.

Agreements on deposits (a guarantee of execution of contract obligations) will consist in Euro.

Buyers the listed deposits in US dollars till December, 21st, 2007 inclusive, participate in the electronic tenders on the Uniform trading platform (with dollar deposits) within 2008, before full execution of validity of Agreements on the deposit and obligations between the parties, or up to the requirement of return from the buyer.

Return of deposits to buyers under their letter of enquiry since December, 21st, 2007 will be carried out in currency of payment of euro. For this purpose it is necessary:
1. To sign the additional agreement on transfer of the deposit in EURO (with the instruction of your bank requisites for reception of money resources in EURO).
2. To direct to our address the requirement of return of the deposit in EURO (with the instruction of number of the agreement on transfer of the deposit, number of the additional agreement, bank requisites for reception of money resources in EURO)
